How does this work?
Step 1 – Pick an item on your to-do list
Step 2 – Start with question 1 below
Step 3 – Click on “Yes” or “No” and let yourself flow until you make a decision
Step 4 – Start again with a new item!

Question 1: Is This Important To ME?
Will it make a positive contribution to my personal life and/or career?
Am I the best or only person able to do this?
Do I want to do this? Do I feel it’s worth my time and energy?
Does it have to be done today or tomorrow at the latest?
Can I afford to ask or hire someone else to do it?
Is it worth my time and energy?
Will it please somebody I want to please?
Is it rational that I want to please that person even though I feel like this task/activity won’t contribute positively to my life?
Start over if this doesn’t make sense. Your answer to the first question is crucial.
Delete / Cancel / Stop Doing
Even if it means having a tough conversation….
Ask or hire someone else to do it
Do it NOW!
